Baron has a deep and limpid ruby color. On the nose, subtle notes of toasted and cocoa accompany the flamboyant aromas of ripe fruit. On the palate, it is round, supple, supported by fine and melted tannins. An elegant and refined Bordeaux. Perfect with smoked pork loin, gratin dauphinois or panfried ceps. Serve between 17 et 18 °C.
