TASTING NOTES:
Pale and translucid yellow, with light green reflections. In the nose its mineral with fruity notes and subtle floral touches. Good acidity and volume in mouth, which makes it persistent and at the same time refreshing.
FOOD PAIRING:
Great with vegetable entrees, sea food, pasta, curry. Ideal with a great variety of sauces: spiced, tomato or olive oil based.
