Alta Gamma Gran Reserve Carmenere
TASTING NOTES:
Red color with intense violet touches, this Carmenere is complex in the nose, where you can strongly find black ripped fruits such as blackberry, and cassis. Also, it contains aromas of graphite, licorice and black pepper. It has sweet touches of vanilla and chocolate. Big volume and structure in the mouth, soft tannins but very present, which gives a persistent and pleasant finish.
FOOD PAIRING:
Great with half ripped cheeses such as Provolone or Emmental. Goes very well with stewed meats with vegetables, herbal sauces and mushrooms.
