TASTING NOTES:
With a deep red color, this Cabernet shows complexity in the nose with notes of plum, black cherries, pepper, coffee and toasted sweet oak. Excellent structure in the mouth, plenty of fruit and velvety tannins. Pleasant and elegant ending.
FOOD PAIRING:
Red and grilled meats, game meats (deer, wild boar, rabbit), lamb, stews and meals with strong sauces.
