Blue Curacao is an alcoholic liqueur. It typically contains around 15-40% alcohol by volume (ABV), ours is 21%. The bright blue color comes from food coloring, while the liqueur itself is made from the dried peel of the Laraha citrus fruit, which gives it a distinctively bitter yet sweet orange flavor.
