Ingredients
A Coruña’s city water, two row-barley malt (Pilsen and roasted), maize and Perle Hallertau hops. Hijos de Rivera’s own yeast strain.
Brewing process
Brewed by Hijos de Rivera’s Brewmasters in the only Company’s brewery placed in A Coruña. It is one of the longest-matured Spanish lagers.

VEGETABLES: Warm salads with nuts and seafood dressings
FISH: Preferably oily fish (salmon, tuna, etc) in diverse cooking methods – quiches, pickled sauces, barbecue. Also sushi.
