Darnley’s Spiced Gin

Honouring the Wemyss family’s spirit of adventure, we wanted to explore a range of warming botanicals found as far afield as Africa, Morocco and China. We selected ten that would give the desired depth of flavour to create a contemporary gin that is full and rounded.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Orange, pine needles, rosemary, cinnamon, coriander, peppercorns and clove
Palate: Mixed spices, ginger, freshly ground pepper followed by a hint of orange zest
Finish: Coriander, cardamon, sage, and a dry lingering peppery finish.
