GRAPE VARIETIES: Cabernet sauvignon and tempranillo

TASTING NOTES: Deeply opaque, dark cherry red. Intense fruit aromas (blueberries, black cherry jam) with delicate smoky, toasty (coffee), and spicy (pepper) notes. Flavourful on the palate with a backbone of very ripe tannins well rounded by long ageing.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: An excellent match for meat, including slow-cooked stews and meat served in sauces or reductions. Try it with portobello mushrooms or strong cheeses like gouda. Serve at 16–18ºC.
