Based on the original recipe from founder and Pioneer Bill Lark. Double-distilled & aged in a considered selection of small casks. The benchmark for Tasmanian Single Malt.

Handcrafted at the Coal Valley Distillery, Classic Cask features the citrus and rich plum pudding of the Lark’s house style with a hint of Tasmanian peat. Based on the original recipe from founder and Pioneer Bill Lark.

Tasting Notes:
Toffee apple with crisp citrus and custard, with time a subtle floral oak reveals itself.
Fruity malt and rich plum pudding, with developing apple crumble and red berries.
Viscous and desert driven, with a crescendo old tawny oak​.
