A medium-bodied palate with upfront red berry fruit supported by flavoursome vanillin oak that follows through to a soft, generous finish.

South Eastern Australia.

Cabernet Sauvignon
MATURATION:
Matured for seven months with American oak.
PEAK DRINKING:
Best enjoyed while young and fresh.
FOOD MATCH:
Great with Mongolian lamb, or slow-cooked beef cheeks with garlic mash.
