McGuigan’s Buronga Hill winery combines advanced technology with expert winemaking to craft premium wines. The Adelaide Hills, one of Australia’s highest and coolest regions, offers ideal conditions for Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, and Shiraz. Diverse soils and tall, sun-exposed canopies ensure even ripening and vibrant flavors. At the winery, fruit is crushed, destemmed, and fermented at 13-15°C to enhance character before racking, stabilizing, and filtration.
