Japanese Liqueur Yuzukosho

Ingredients: Local neutral spirits, Fresh Yuzu peel, Domestic chili pepper, Sugar

Features: Yuzu Kosho is a taste changing seasoning. We recreate it completely as a liqueur. Regarding the taste, the spiciness comes from Japanese chili pepper. For the aromatic factor, Kito Yuzu used comes straight from Kagoshima prefecture, southern part of Japan. We have selected the very top quality yuzu citrus due to its very fine fragrance.
