Clear, dark cherry red color is clearly appreciated, when turning the glass promises a pleasant volume on the palate. On the nose it is fresh and balanced. Varietal aromas of peppers, very ripe red fruits and raspberry. Pleasant and versatile wine with an excellent price-quality ratio.
Hand harvested. Selection, destemming and crushing. Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature during two days. Delicate fermentation with selected yeasts at 14/17 ° C in a period of 8 days. 3 months in american and french oak. Finally the winemakers decides the best blend between wines of the same grapes from different plots to achieve the perfect balance between style, complexity and the desired profile.
