Cherry red and limpid color. Malbec provides persistent aromas of strawberries and wild flowers, very pleasant. It is a balanced Rosé, intense, with good acidity, with strawberry and apricot flavors. Ideal to enjoy it at all times of the year with a wide range of dishes.
Obtained by saigne after a rigorous grape selection. It remains macerating pelicularly 12 hours obtaining a juice with an attractive and aromatic color. Delicate defangado where the sediments are removed naturally. Controlled fermentation with selected yeasts. We clarify and filter to reach a crystal clear wine that fills with a lot of sensations.
