Dark, luminous black appearance. The nose showing all its aromatic and complexity after aeration. With initial mineral, notes of pencil lead and soot, it opens up to reveal notes of liquorice, blackcurrant, blackberry and black pepper, Greek-style olives. Full, long and very elegant palate.
