BACKGROUND:
The Zenzen family is a traditional wine-growing family, which has been providing the best wine quality since 1636. However, the family not only looks back on a
long-standing experience in viticulture, but also focuses on new, modern methods of vinification, as well as constant quality improvements.

TASTING NOTES:
The Noblesse Spätlese is a delightful fruity and mellow white wine. General fruit on the palate – it shows just a hint of fruit acidity – and is desirably fresh and with a distinct flavour profile on the finish.

FOOD SUGGESTIONS:
Our Spätlese goes very well with any light food such as chicken, sea-food and pasta dishes in particular. It is also delightful as a refreshing cocktail before meals and at parties enjoying good company.

SERVING:
Serve well chilled at 8 – 10 °C
