This wine has a very intensely aromatic bouquet with notes of citrus fruit, reminiscent of lime peel, and a touch of pineapple. A well-balanced wine with good acidity and a young, light sparkle in the mouth.
Food Pairing
Serve between 10°C – 12°C with seafood and shrimps.
This Sauvignon Blanc has a greenish yellow color and intense citrus fruit aromas of lime peel and hints of pineapple. On the palate, it has nice acidity and sparkle. Best paired with seafood and salads with light, fruity dressing.
