Ingredients
A Coruña’s city water, two row-barley malt (Pilsen and roasted), maize and Nugget and Perle hops. Hijos de Rivera’s own yeast strain.

Obtained by applying an enzyme during the brewing process. This enzyme breaks down the gluten proteins
that produce intolerance in people suffering from coeliac condition.
