Tasting Notes:
Medium color, pure bright typical of well-made Cabernet Sauvignon wines. It presents aromas of raspberries, plums and red fruits. Its great aromatic complexity offers spices aromas such as black pepper, mint and basil. The integrity of the oak adds notes of coffee, vanilla, tobacco and coconut. In the mouth it shows a medium body, refreshing, delicate with floury tannins. Fruity and spicy sensations with a perfect balance between structure and acidity. It is a wine with great personality, which offers a pleasant and long-lasting finish.
Hand harvest and hand selection, destemming and crushing . Pre fermentation maceration at low temperature during 6 days. Delicate and slow fermentation with selected yeast between 20 to 25C during 10 to 15 days. Post maceration during 10 days with temperatures between 26 to 28C. American and French oak aging during 7 months.
