Oily citrus notes, a bit of sappy oak and a range of spices (cloves, cinnamon, aniseed). Oranges. Walnuts. Fairly dry with a salty touch and a gentle bitterness of herbal liqueur.
Medium long, dry, on dark chocolate, oak and herbs.
