The 12 month aging process in French oak barrels results in a complex wine with firm tannins and toasted notes with hints of spicy and smoky notes. Pair it with red meats, lamb chops and strong cheese.

A member of the winery’s Gran Reserva category, this red brings an assemblage that is a little out of the ordinary, by Cabernet Sauvignon. This label is made in Valle del Lontué, a sub-region of Valle de Curicó, which has a Mediterranean climate and a wide temperature range between day and night.
