Mint chocolate immediately jumps from the glass as layers of eucalypt flow through to those quintessential Australian cabernet nuances of tomato stalk and capsicum creating a smooth and rich wine.
Palate
Red summer fruits, blackcurrants, mint, chocolate and undertones of oak imparted spice make this wine so individually beautiful. Balanced and supple, with a powdery, elegant tannins which aid the wine’s structured length and persistence to the finish.
